I am pleased to announce I am part of the Black Mist Burnt Country national touring exhibition.
The show opened by Ben Quilty in Sydney to mark the 60th anniversary of the first atomic test at Maralinga at the SH Ervin National Trust Gallery, The Rocks and will be touring most states over the next 3 years. The Exhibit features a huge array of leading past and present Australian artists.
In total, seven nuclear bomb blasts were detonated between 1956 and 1967 in the southern part of the Great Victoria Desert in South Australia followed by more than 600 'minor tests'.
